Villa Marianna is located in the traditional village of Vrises, a place of running waters and beautiful nature, just 7 km away from the sandy beach of Georgioupolis. Villa Marianna is a 4 bed-roomed villa that sleeps up to 8-10 persons and is perfect someone looking for privacy and comfort in a countryside location. Surrounded by olive and orange trees, the location offers a breathtaking view of the sierra of White Mountains. Peaceful with a heavenly exterior gives the visitor a sense of calm and relaxation while for children is the right place for endless hours of fun and joy. The villa consists of two spacious floors and a completely separate house-hostel on the ground level, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

Location

Within walking distance from the villa, there is the village of Vrisses. A place of running waters and beautiful nature known for the traditional taverns and pastries along the riverside where the visitor can enjoy authentic local cuisine and high nutrition products of Cretan land. All the necessary amenities are also found in the village such as banks, pharmacy, groceries, supermarkets, coffee shops and bars.

The sandy long beach of Giorgoupolis and Petres are just 7 to 10 kilometres away. In Giorgoupolis visitor can found from private, romantic spots to cosmopolitan mass tourism beach bars and all the kind of water sports and activities. The villa is close to the largest lake of Crete, Kournas lake.

Vrisses village is conveniently situated just 2 km from the north national road of Crete through which the beautiful cites of Chania and Rethymnon are easily accessible within 30 minutes. Near the village is also the crossroad leading to Southern parts of Chania and Rethymnon such as Sfakia and Fragocastelo prefecture with magnificent unspoiled beaches and breathtaking mount nous landscapes.

On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining table and sofa close to the fireplace as well as a small bathroom. On the second floor are three bedrooms with wooden inclined ceiling, big wardrobes, all with their one separate balcony with perfect uninterrupted view of surrounding countryside. On the same floor is the roomy bathroom with Jacuzzi.

The house, 180 sq. m in size, consist of two spacious floors and a completely separate house-hostel on the ground level, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The ground floor house is a lovely fully equipped hostel with 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom and direct access to the perfect outside space of the villa.
