We kindly inform you that the cost of the heating of the Pool for the Spa Villas (Superior, Executive, Presidential & Royal Spa Villa) is 150,00 Euro per day.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

• All the bookings require a 30% deposit at the time of the confirmation of the booking. The deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation
• For the High Season the remaining balance should be paid in full 60 days prior to the arrival at the hotel.
• For the low and Middle seasons the remaining balance should be paid in full 35 dyas prior to the arrival at the hotel
• Cancellation policy for the high Season
  If  Cancelaltion occus more than 60 days prior to Guests arrival : 30% of the total rental cost will be paid to Elounda Gulf Villas
  If the Cancellation occus between 59-00 days prior to arrival/no show: 100% of the total rental cost will be paid to Elounda Gulf Villas.
• For the Low and Middle Season
  if cancellation occus more than 35 days prior to Guests arrival: 30% of the total rental cost will be paid to Elounda Gulf Villas
  If the Cancellation occus 34-00 days prior to arrival/no show or early departure:100% of the total cost will be paid to Elounda Gulf Villas
